Strange Ancient Wildebeest Modeled Duck-Billed Dinosaur Muzzle

As we realized, duck-billed dinosaurs and an ancient wildebeest-like animal lived tens of millions of years separately; however, they seem to have amazingly comparable, weird noses based on a new study. Both beings wore a trumpet like nasal passage. They stretched to the tops of animals’ head and could have worked as echo hollows to support them connect according to the researchers found. The nose-y similarity presents “a spectacular example” of convergent growth; besides, a process where is unrelated animals to improve the same features due to those traits are evolutionarily useful based on the researchers mentioned.  More info: livescience
